These savory kabobs from the grill are sure to be a crowd pleaser!

2 red, green, or yellow bell peppers cut into 1-inch squares
1 red onion cut into 1-inch squares
Sliced mushrooms or cherry tomatoes (optional)
12 Butera’s Chicken Meatballs
2oz Teriyaki sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1oz extra virgin olive oil
•Thread vegetables and meatballs on skewers alternating vegetables and meatballs. (Tip: Using two side by side skewers will make it easier to turn for even cooking.) Brush with teriyaki sauce.
• Grill 3-4 minutes over a medium-hot grill, turn over and grill another 3-4 minutes until vegetables brown and soften. Brush with oil after grilling. Remember meatballs are already fully cooked so they will get hot while the vegetables soften. Serve hot.
