2 Butera’s Chicken Meatballs
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
½ cup kalamata olives (optional)
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

For the yogurt sauce:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp fresh dill chopped, ½ tsp reserved for garnish
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper


• In a bowl, mix the ingredients for the yogurt sauce, set aside. Heat chicken meatballs per package instructions.

• Arrange meatballs on platter, top with feta cheese, olives, parsley, dill, and extra virgin olive oil
